IAM Ohio Regional Meetings
Please join OARnet and Gartner Inc. at a regional meeting near you to learn about IAM Ohio, our new statewide federated identity program, and how it can assist you in developing the strategic elements necessary to ensure success in state and federal identity management.
Benefits from a successful implementation of federated authentication include the ability to:
- Access and share information easily across Ohio institutions
- Cross register for classes using institution log on
- Easily connect to shared services and systems
Additionally, IAM Ohio participants will have access to a Gartner for Technology Professional License (Burton IT-1). OARnet has committed these resources until February 28, 2013, on behalf of Ohio institutions in an effort to lead the charge for federating Ohio.
